Brian and Abbey were wonderful to do business with: flexible, honest, and absolutely no pressure or "Hard sell" which is key!! I felt comfortable and safe in all of the vehicles I test drove, and once I had made my choice, they worked with me through the entire process (including a detailed breakdown on financing, costs, and rationale for the trade-in value which I found very reassuring.) Really nice place. Brian and Abbey were honest and professional. Not pushy in any way, didn’t feel as if I was being forced into a sale. They were very accommodating as I was driving from an hour and a half away to check out a vehicle. They were tasteful with parts they replaced on the vehicle, not just the cheapest thing available. Also offered a fair amount for my trade. Would be happy to do business with them again in the future.

After an extremely frustrating experience with Carvana and them pushing my delivery date back for 2 weeks in a row, I gave up and searched for a highly rated place to go. These guys are excellent. I live far away with little free time for work. I called and asked if they could drive a 99 rav4 I was looking at to a a mechanic in geneva for me to get looked over and they said yes with zero hesitation. Coach boys were very forthcoming with any problems the vehicle had, which were minimal. They replaced many parts and did a lot of due diligence. No hastle buying experience and no hidden fees. Six months later I've had had minimal problems. I've recommended this place to many friends and family. Update 2024: I bought a 99 rav4 from these guys. I bought this car because it was reliable, analog, awd, a 5sp manual, and so I could learn to work on cars. I had a seal go bad on my oil pump, no fault to Geneva Coach. While I was down there we decided to replace the water pump thermostat and timing components. I had professional help while doing this. Coach did all of these things before purchase. The water pump had several bolts that were too long for the assembly. They were so long we were afraid that it hit the block. One was touching the block and started spewing so much coolant upon removal that we thought it cracked the block. It didnt, thank the lord. There was a random bolt drilled through the pump in an area where there wasn't a threaded hole. All bolts were over torqued and had the hour glass look to them. None of the bolts were greased and were seized. Everything was seized while doing the timing components. This tells me they didn't use any anti seize grease. They worked on other key components of the car. The clutch being the biggest one I remember. I don't look forward to other work in the future. Their repairs and work thus far seem amateur at best.

We have purchased 3 cars from Geneva Coach over the years and have enjoyed the cars and experience each time. As some have noted, there are no pressure tactics, just honest responses to our inquiries. They seem to get great used cars in excellent condition and they stand behind their cars. Their customer service is great. I recommend this dealer to everyone who is looking for a used car.

I came in from Syracuse which is a little over an hour away. Looked at a Mazda Miata they had. Talked to Kevin when I arrived. He threw me the keys and said take it for a spin. The car is 24 years pld and looks like its brand new. After the test drive we did a short negotiation. Came to a price we were both happy with. They took care of the financing for me. Will definitely do business with them when im on the market for another toy.
